Buying bullion coins or bars from J&M is a simple matter but please read
this page carefully before placing an order. Because there are some who would
attempt to abuse the process there are some strict requirements in making a
Bullion prices fluctuate with the market so it is difficult
to publish final buy and sell prices. Instead, this website will provide you
with very close ballpark pricing that is updated regularly through the day from
Monday to Friday. Because the markets are closed on weekends and holidays, this
site is not updated at these times.
View the items you wish to purchase. For each item you will find images and
descriptions of the the items, followed by the current calculated (ask) price.
To place an order, please call our toll-free order line at 1-888-244-9999
anywhere in North America during J&M's normal business hours (9:30 am to 6:00 pm
PST M-F, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm PST Saturdays) and our Bullion Order Desk will be at your
service. Tell us what product(s) you would like to purchase and whether you
would like a price in Canadian or USA dollars and we will quote you an absolutely
current price and confirm that we have sufficient inventory to fill your order. If
we do not have the items available immediately, which we typically do, we will advise
when we are expecting our next availability.
Assuming the price is agreeable, the next step is to confirm your booking by providing
valid credit card details (Visa or Mastercard) as security. This locks in the price as
protection for both yourself and J&M. You will be required to sign a

you more if the price of the bullion goes up. It also means that we expect you to honour
your booking if the price goes down. Should you default on the deal for any reason, we
will charge or credit your card for the difference between the bullion price at the time
of the confirmation and the time of the default.
J&M does not accept credit card as payment for bullion, credit cards are used
only as security for the transaction.
The J&M salesperson will also ask about your shipping preferences and instructions.
They will quote you current rates and options. You can also visit the Forms
section of this website to find rates and options form the primary
carriers. It is advised that bullion be shipped insured for obvious reasons.
Once the booking is confirmed, we will require a fax number that we can send a copy of
our Bullion Booking Form
with all the arrangements detailed so that you can make sure your name and address is accurate,
sign it, include your credit card number (if not already provided), and then fax the fully
completed form back to us within 15 minutes. Failure to return the form within 15
minutes voids the transaction.

section of this website and can
fill in the details as instructed by a J&M salesperson, or we can e-mail a copy of
the form and have you scan, sign and e-mail it back. Please ask the booking agent
for more details.
The vast majority of bullion orders are paid for by bank draft or direct deposit into
one of our accounts, either CAD or USD (the account details required are included on
the Bullion Booking Form. Regret we cannot accept cheques as payment. Once payment is
confirmed and verified we will immediately ship your order. If depositing funds into
our accounts or paying by draft, please include a personal contact at the bank's issuing
branch to aid in verification. Failure to do so will likely cause delays or make the

pure bullion (.999 or finer) purchases though GST/HST would apply to shipping fees. Customers
in the USA do not pay any taxes on any coins or bars. This does not apply to palladium
coins and bars. .999+ palladium IS
subject to GST/HST in Canada.
