How To Enroll?

The beauty of J&M Loyalty Program is that every customer is automatically enrolled! Complete your e-mail profile account and all customers qualify for earning Reward Points with every qualifying item purchased, automatically!

How Do I Collect?

Ensure you’re logged into your account. All qualifying Reward Points will be automatically added to your account at the time of purchase.

How Do I Redeem My Points?

To redeem your Reward Points, simply complete your purchase through our online checkout, and the Reward Points will be redeemable on qualifying products!

1. Reward Points can be earned + redeemed on the following categories:

• Accessories and Catalogues

• Canadian Bank Notes

• Canadian Circulating Coins and Rolls

• Canadian Tokens

• Jewellery

• Loose Diamonds and Gemstones

• Maritime Canadian Circulation Coins

• Royal Canadian Mint Collector Coins and Sets (some items may be excluded for reward points + points redemption's/not redeemable)

• U.S.A. Coins

• Watches

• World Coins

• Canadian Circulation Banknotes and Coins

2. Excluded products non-eligible for reward points or non- redeemable for the following: Currency exchange, Gold nugget's, Precious Metals Bullion Coin & Bars (Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Palladium) & Some Royal Canadian Mint Collector Coins and Sets.

3. Rewards Points do not have any cash value and are NOT exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.

4. Rewards Points will be deducted on your product purchase before taxes and shipping are calculated. You will pay applicable taxes on the amount of your products purchased less the Rewards Points redemption. Shipping fees are calculated on your total purchase value after your Rewards Points redemption has been applied.

5. Rewards Points cannot be applied to items purchased prior to the J&M Loyalty Program being initiated, or on items that did not have any Rewards Points at the time of your purchase (they are not retroactively applied).

6. Any Item returned for refund will have the Rewards Points reversed for that item.

7. All Rewards Points displayed are approximate values, and subject to rounding.

8. All Rewards Points earned or accumulated by a customer are assigned to and owned by that customer are not transferable.

9. Minimum $10 in reward points required to redeem for products.

10. The availability of Rewards Points may change on items from time-to-time without prior notification, and items may have their points value increased, decreased, or removed entirely without prior notice.

11. The Rewards Points program may be amended, modified, or terminated at any time without prior notice or liability
